Women in Property celebrates 25 years with most influential list

Angela Brady and Deborah Saunt have been named as two of the most influential women in property and construction.

The Association of Women in Property (WIP) compiled the 25-strong list as part of its 25th anniversary celebrations.

Alison Nimmo, chief executive of the Crown Estate, and Ros Kerslake, chief executive of the Prince’s Regeneration Trust, were also named in the list, which was selected from a longlist of 100 names.

Lesley-Anne Avis, national chairman of WIP, said: “There are a great many hugely talented women working in this industry but we wanted to shine a light on a select few whom, in our view, have really gone above and beyond.”
