Contracts exchanged for London site

Battersea Power Station has been sold to a Malaysian consortium for £400 million.

The sale was confirmed today by advisers Knight Frank and Ernst & Young Real Estate Corporate Finance, who have exchanged contracts for the site.

A joint venture of SP Setia, Sime Darby and the Employees’ Pension Fund of Malaysia will no push ahead with developing the landmark according to Rafael Vinoly’s masterplan.
