HKS has been commissioned to design a five-star Hilton hotel in Noida, one of New Delhi’s four satellite cities.

The slender 29-storey tower is set on a stone-clad podium.

A lawn and pool on the podium roof are shaded by the building’s higher storeys, the elevations of which are faced in alternate bands of glass and metal panels in order to meet LEED glazing limits.
