Clive Williams appointed to oversee One Global Studio initiative
Woods Bagot has appointed the former UK chief executive of IT services firm Capgemini as its new chairman.
Clive Williams will help the Australian practice implement its One Global Studio initiative. This aims to improve communication and partnership opportunities between the firm’s 15 offices around the world, which include Sydney, London and New York.
Ross Donaldson, joint group managing director, said: “By harnessing Clive’s demonstrated success in the professional services arena, Woods Bagot is offering our clients a new approach for architecture away from that primarily focused on creative delivery.
“Clive’s appointment will allow us to run the practice much more along the lines of a professional services consultancy firm.”
Williams said: “Woods Bagot has an ambitious growth plan and one that aligns with my knowledge and experience of growing organisations across different global markets.”

For Woods Bagot's sake, I do hope that Mr Williams has greater intelligence, experience and capability than his pitifully clueless Capgemini consultants...
