Current architectural trends in multi-housing projects away from the urban core, with projects from Spain, the Netherlands, Austria and the US. Living in suburbia, the forest or on the waterfront is part of a search for privacy and a more hospitable environment, with the major added advantage of more living space. Open facades face south or towards nature; the shady, northern parts are for our private, interior lives.
